What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.
When can I expect my order to ship?
All orders will ship from San Antonio, Texas within 2-5 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-9 business days for orders to be delivered within the US and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following week as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend.
For personalized orders, please allow approximately 3 weeks until shipment, as these designs are created by hand, upon placement of the order. You may contact us if you need a rush delivery and we will happily try to accommodate your request.
Worthwrite Goods is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
What is your return policy?
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, we are happy to issue an exchange. Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This policy does not apply to all orders, personalized/custom orders will be non-refundable upon order confirmation
How can I find out the status of my order?
Can I be notified if/when the product I am looking for is back in stock?
The product I want to order is out of stock, how can I be notified if/when the product will be back in stock? Please email email@example.com and let us know what product has captured your interest. We will be more than happy to let you know if/when it will be back on our site.
How does the order process work for personalized items?
If you place a personalized order, we will contact you to confirm your details. Once you confirm your details, the order is non-refundable and will ship within 3 weeks from your order date.
I would like an entirely custom product that you do not currently offer on your site. Are y'all available for custom items?
We are available to take on custom product design on a limited basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details about your project and someone will get back to you shortly.
